I understand life happens but as a small business, cancellations on short notice and no shows prohibit other clients from being able to fill popular appointment times. When scheduling, a credit card is now required to hold your appointment. I will also require that you provide a minimum of 24 hour notice to cancel or change an appointment. Appointment cancellations or appointment changes made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled services. All No Shows and No Contact will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Again as I understand life happens I will honor one late cancelation a year which will be tracked on the computer.
